Testimonial evidence
Witness testimony indicating that victims who were detained by the perpetrators were subjected to conduct inflicting severe physical or mental pain or suffering either by action (e.g., beating) or omission (e.g., denying food or water).
Documentary evidence
Medical reports describing the physical and mental effects that the conduct allegedly inflicted on the victim.
Physical evidence
Post-mortem analysis demonstrating that the victims suffered physical injury and severe suffering.

Video or photographic evidence depicting the physical signs of pain or suffering.
